The Breuss method
The Breuss massage is a gentle, entirely pain-free and highly energetic massage of the spinal area that can help solve emotional, energetic and physical blockages. The Breuss massage initiates the regeneration of desiccated intervertebral discs and is the key to solving many problems of the musculoskeletal system, especially in the area of the sacrum.
Rudolf Breuss gave the example of a sponge: when a weight lies for some time on a dried-out sponge, it becomes quite thin. If the weight is removed and the sponge is placed in water, it will draw in the liquid until it fully expands; the same applies to the intervertebral discs. Oil of St. John's wort is massaged into the area of the discs and easily absorbed, causing them to swell and become thicker, softer and more elastic so that, following the massage, the vertebrae can be much more easily restored to their ideal position using the Dorn method.
Areas of application with particularly good potential:
- Problems of the musculoskeletal system
- Slipped discs
- Intervertebral disc ailments
- Spinal problems
- Lumbago
- Releasing of physical, emotional and energetic blockages
